PLANNING MANAGER
for Power Transformers (PT)
The position holder will be reporting to the Operation Manager Power
Transformers and will be a member of the PT Operation management team.
He/she can perform planning duties using an MRP/ERP system (Materials
Resoures Planning / Enterprise Resources Planning) and assist in
developing the system and processes to best practice. The role will use
these planning processes to provide the operations management team with
an achievable plan and clear information on progress and issues.
His/her main duties will comprise, but not limited to, the following:
- Building up the Masterplan according to sales forecast, order intake, customer delivery request and production capacity.
- Monitoring progress against milestones for each production job,
including design engineering and supply and subcontractor milestones.
- Providing plan information to the other managers (Orderhandling,
Engineering, Material supply, Warehouse and Production) so that they
can lead and direct the activilties of their teams.
- Participate in the development of our ERP processes and data and
implement best practice in manufacturing and supply chain planning.
